Shipping policy

  • Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days for in-stock and available items, using requested shipping method. Please allow for a few extra days to account for shipping delays 
  • We'll always do our best to package and ship your purchase as safely, efficiently, sustainably (where we can 🍃), and affordably as possible! 
  • FREE STANDARD LETTERMAIL is untracked and chosen at buyer's risk. Any lost, delayed, or unreceived packages are not eligible for refunds/replacements. We strongly recommend upgrading to tracked mail if this is a concern. 
  • Please let us know specifically if you need any products rushed or in hand by a specific date to ensure timely service :) 

In case of nationwide postal strikes, please expect significant delays. Items may be stuck at the post office until service resumes. Shipping/duties costs are subject to increase based on international shipping policies; for U.S. customers, prices may be adjusted to reflect current duties and other interesting things as such.

LOCAL CUSTOMERS (Metro Vancouver/BC, Canada): FREE pick-up is available at any of our upcoming markets, as advertised via event page or on Instagram (@madebyamichi). Please reach out to us via DM or email madebyamichi@gmail.com to coordinate!
